    LEARN MORE ABOUT THE SEGSCREW

    • ANTI-STRIPPING

    • 30° ANGULATION

    • GREATER STRENGTH

    • FORCE DISTRIBUTION

    • SURFACE RETENTION

    • PATENTED DESIGN

Engineered to improve driver engagement and reduce the risk of screw-head stripping during tightening and removal.

Up to 30° of screw-channel angulation this allows better access-hole positioning and improved esthetics.

A reinforced neck and robust design help reduce the risk of screw fatigue and fracture.

The 30° tapered head distributes forces outward across the prosthesis instead of concentrating them directly over the MUA.

The SegScrew™ features 4.1074 mm² of engineered retention surface area to enhance mechanical engagement and prosthetic stability.

Protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,553,462 B2, featuring innovative prosthetic screw technology. Cleared for use in the U.S. market.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the SegScrew different from a conventional prosthetic screw?

The SegScrew combines a specialized screw-head geometry with patented design features, including grooves incorporated into the screw design, and is designed to work with the SegDriver™ at angulations of up to 30°.

How does the 30° angulated access work?

The SegScrew™ and SegDriver™ are designed to maintain engagement at driver angulations of up to 30°, giving clinicians greater flexibility when a straight-line screw-access path is difficult or undesirable.

Does the SegScrew require a special driver?

The SegDriver™ is specifically designed to interface with the SegScrew™ and provide secure engagement, including when the driver is used at an angle.

Does the SegScrew stay attached to the SegDriver?

The SegScrew/SegDriver interface is designed to provide secure engagement and screw retention on the driver, helping clinicians manipulate and position the screw more easily.

What are the grooves on the SegScrew for?

The SegScrew incorporates patented groove features as part of its proprietary design. The grooves work on softer materials in order to get more retention and anti-rotation.

    Is The SegScrew FDA cleared?

Yes. The SegScrew™ is FDA 510(k) cleared under K251188. FDA clearance indicates that FDA determined the device to be substantially equivalent to a legally marketed predicate device for its cleared indications.

    What torque should I use?

Use only the torque specified in the SegScrew Instructions for Use (IFU) and applicable restorative protocol. If your cleared labeling specifies 20 Ncm.

What is the LandMarker™ and why would I use it?

The LandMarker™ is a mini implant designed to provide a stable, identifiable reference landmark for intraoral scan alignment during digital full-arch workflows, particularly when reliable anatomical reference points are limited or change throughout treatment.

How is the LandMarker™ placed and what instrument is required?

The LandMarker™ uses a 2 mm osteotomy and approximately 6 mm of engagement into hard bone. It is placed and removed using the dedicated LandMarker Latch Driver™, which is sold separately.

    LIKE NOTHING YOU'VE EXPERIENCED BEFORE

The SegScrew™ re-invents the traditional prosthetic screw with a patented design combining 30° angulation, anti-rotational retention, secure driver engagement, reinforced strength, and mill-friendly geometry all in one FDA 510(k)-cleared solution engineered for modern full-arch dentistry.
